Ms. Corinne Bradley employs a business degree in operations research and finance as an operations and risk management specialist. As the project lead, she developed several models to facilitate operation of two Joint Power Authorities. Cori leads team efforts on budget and rates design, supplemental power procurement and scheduling, utility rate comparisons, maintenance of utility software, and regulatory policy reporting. Modeling includes financial and risk-analysis models, templates to automate the calculation and analysis of load shaping and coefficient derivation, which is used to forecast daily energy and shape it hourly for each load class, templates to produce monthly operations reports, and cost reconciliation reports. These efforts employ expertise with Visual Basic and SQL database programming. Cori was an integral contributor to a feasibility study and business plan for utilities focusing on Open Access Transmission Tariffs and retail rate design. She provides team support in transmission, distribution, and exit fee tariff filings as well as assistance on California RPS, GHG, and RA requirements
