Mr. Paul Bedore is an environmental scientist with 10 years experience studying and practicing environmental science, with a particular focus on processes that control nutrient and pollutant fate and transport in the environment. For RBI, Paul has provided project management and technical leadership in various capacities, including MS4 stormwater program management, NPDES permit compliance services, preparation of NPDES technical reports, developing and implementing water quality impact assessments, and negotiating monitoring requirements for NPDES permits. Paul’s areas of technical expertise include nitrogen and phosphorus cycling, trace metal and metalloid fate and transport, analytical chemistry, inorganic environmental chemistry, soil and water field studies, laboratory experimentation, and data QA/QC and analysis. Prior to working for RBI, Paul gained his initial experience with the wastewater industry as staff with Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., and he also served the public as an environmental scientist for the California Department of Pesticide Regulation, where he reviewed pesticide environmental fate and transport studies.
