Mr. Richard Bomer is a database analyst and programmer with 5 years of experience in large-scale data warehousing and technical scheduling support.  Richard supports the daily operations for two Joint Powers Authorities.  His duties include power, load shaping, data validation and analysis, and maintenance of power portfolio tools.  He is proficient in Visual Basic and Excel and combines those tools with database to build planning models. He also collaborates on the maintenance and updates for the back-end database used by the SAMBA web application.  Prior to coming to RBI, Richard worked as a database analyst and tester with Acxiom Corporation, a data warehousing company based in Little Rock, AR.  Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Arkansas.
